Dear user:
we strongly recomend you for follow this help page for our new Audio/Video and Text Chat.

1. How To Use Audio/Video Option.

When you enter in our chat please see Top Menu in up of the room (See image attached). Click on CAM icon, you will see a message from our server, accept that and you will be able to view you CAM & AUDIO. if you don't wish to view your CAMERA please remove the click sign from CAMERA ON/OFF.

  For active audio/video

  When you will active audio/video

 When you will active just Voice

2. How To Talk?

When you click on CAM Icon from top menu you are abled to talk in mic. for talk please click on Hands Free see image or click on TALK bottom.
 
If you don't want to talk in main lobby, Please don't click on Hands Free Option. Click on Hands Free Option just when you have to talk, otherwise it will create problems to other voice chatters.
